Registration – Player

Below is registration form for the 2024/25 season. Please complete the form as fully a possible. The information collected is kept confidential and is only shared with coaching staff. This is so that they may be better aware of the players special needs and be better able to deal with them.

The registration fee is $175.00. This can be paid online with a credit card or by mailing in a cheque.

The registration deadline for a returning player is May 30, 2024.
The registration deadline for a new player is Jun 30, 2024.
