Tournament Registration

  • Registration opens on May 1, 2025 and Closes on December 23, 2025.
  • There is only one registration allowed per organization.
  • Each organization can enter as many teams as they wish. Please list them on the same registration form.
  • The registration fee is CDN$1,000 per team.
  • You have the option of paying by credit card, PayPal, cheque or money order.
  • All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars.
  • If you are paying by by cheque or money order your registration will be confirmed when payment is received.
  • There is only one registration allowed per email address.

Tournament Forms

These forms are emailed to you when you register. You can also download them here. They will provide us with important information regarding team rosters, pictures, etc. Please complete and return them as soon as possible but no later December 23, 2025.
