This past winter Grandravine Special Program finished out of the running in voting for the MLSE Team Up Funding. However at year end the MLSE Foundation found sufficient funds in their discretionary funds to donate $47,188.37 to Grandravine. This money will go towards new jerseys, goalie equipment, and SHI tournament expenses. As well it will continue supporting the Skills Development Program and help keep our registration fees as low as they have ever been.
In presenting the funding Nilesh Chauhan, Community Partnerships Coordinator for the MLSE Foundation, stressed how much they value their partnership with us in providing the community with a much needed program. In return we at Grandravine value the contribution of the MLSE Foundation and in fact the entire MLSE organization for helping to make our program the success that it is. We are very grateful for their continued support.
